No, as each letter is found by Keith or his family and keeps the originality of the artwork
To ensure our letters are displayed to our standards, we do not sell the letters individually.
We offer sepia, black & white, and certain black & white with color accented photos
All photos currently are available in 4 x 6 inches. If you require a different size please contact at info@capturedletters.com and provide the details you are requesting so we may provide you with a quote.
We have 4 standard frame colors plus one rotating frame option. If you have request a certain frame that is not shown anymore, please contact us at info@capturedletters.com and provide us with your previous order number so that we can see if we are able to provide that particular frame to you.
Yes, depending on what exactly you are looking for, we may be able to do a custom frame for you. Please contact us at info@capturedletters.com with your custom frame ideas so we may provide a quote to you.

Yes, you will receive an email shortly after your order is placed with your order confirmation

We can rush production of your custom frame on most occasions. Additional shipping charges will apply as well as a $15 RUSH charge to your order
We offer a 14 day return policy on standard, pre-selected artwork and custom creations. The artwork must be undamaged and returned to us. You will receive a credit to your credit card less shipping. If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, we must be notified immediately so we can provide you a replacement and file a claim through the shipping company.
We do provide combined shipping charges on multiple items and occasionally shipping discounts. If you are ordering more then 10 frames, please contact us at info@capturedlettes.com with your projected order total so we can quote you a discount
